How to Make Pulled Pork

For the Pork's seasoning, you will need one tablespoon each of ground cumin, black pepper, smoked paprika, brown sugar, and salt. For the pork itself, you only need four and a half pounds, or two kilograms of boneless pork shoulder. The marinade is made using ten fluid ounces of cider.

To make the barbecue sauce, you will need nine ounces of tomato ketchup for the base. You will also need three and a half tablespoons of white wine vinegar and dark brown sugar. Also required will be one tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, half a tablespoon of mustard powder, a tablespoon of smoked paprika. The final ingredient for the sauce, is milled black pepper.
